Pay for the year and we waive the start fee: $4,188 for Covered or $3,588 for Covered for your own site, and nothing more that year. It renews at the same price, with a reminder 30 days before. The paid year is not refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
You keep your website, its content and your domain. We make the handoff easy by giving you your website files and source so your next provider can take over. Our hosting, inquiry emails and listing work end with the service, so you'll need hosting and care elsewhere. If you brought your own site, we help hand care back to your team or next provider. Your website hosting and care stay with your existing provider throughout.
Tell us about changes to your business and completed jobs. Supply photos and approve content when needed. We check complaint replies with you when we need the facts. You still answer customer inquiries and do the work.
Yes. If you switch from Covered for your own site to Website or Covered within 12 months, your $750 start fee counts toward it.
No. We promise the work we handle: keeping your information current, asking for and replying to reviews, and looking after your website when it's included. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Promising results we can't control would be dishonest.
