Where it started
It started in a small family business.
I worked in a small family business, and I saw the hard work that went into it every day. We did good work, and we were proud of it.
Our website didn't show any of that. Anyone who looked us up saw a business that seemed smaller and less careful than the one we actually ran. The people who found us through word of mouth knew better. Everyone else had only the website to go on.
That gap stayed with me. Good local businesses lose work every day to competitors who aren't better at the job, just better online. And fixing it usually means paying up front, finding time for meetings and writing, and hoping the result is worth it.
So I built New Again to give hard-working local businesses the online presence they deserve.
